Ms. LaPrade is Lafayette’s Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for brokerage operations, regulatory compliance and information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining the Firm in 1993, Ms. LaPrade was a fixed income securities trader at Fannie Mae and Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. She received a MBA in Finance from George Washington University in 1989, and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Georgetown University in 1983.
